GMU attended Morningstar’s VIP inaugural Reception last week and checked out this great new senior living facility in Mission Viejo. GMU got involved in the late design stages providing geotechnical and structural value engineering on the rear wall. Matt Farrington, PE, led GMU’s structural group and was instrumental in the wall re-design that led to significant cost savings that kept the project on track. In addition to value engineering efforts, GMU provided all the project's soils and special inspection services.
