In addition to its grading observation and testing services, GMU’s team of multi-trained technicians is also performing all the ICC reinforced concrete inspections for the Dana Point Harbor parking structure. Multi-disciplined lead technicians trained in soils and special inspection are conducting construction inspections more efficiently and effectively.

Reinforced concrete is the backbone of the Dana Point Harbor parking structure. As the registered special inspector, our team focuses on key areas, including:

1) Concrete Quality – mix verification testing

2) Reinforcement – tolerances, cover, and placement

3) Concrete Placement – per code requirements

"Reinforced concrete is critical for the structural integrity of the parking structure. We take pride in confirming these structures are built to last.” - GMU Engineering Team.
