ServicesBlasting & Vibration AnalysisGMU provides blast-consulting services for housing and infrastructure projects throughout California, including consultation on forensic issues related to blasting damage. Services include the development and review of blasting plans and monitoring of blast vibration and air pressure. GMU performs ‘Signature-Hole’ blast analyses to assist quarries in developing blast designs that increasing blasting efficiency and control vibration concerns at critical structures. The analysis is performed on a single blast hole and utilizes data collected from seismographs at or near critical structures. The analysis is a modeling technique that determines optimum electronic timing while maintaining a high level of blast production.
