Ladera Ranch Clubhouses, Parks and Water Park, Orange County

The master-planned community of Ladera Ranch includes four high-end recreation centers featuring water parks, skate parks, community centers and other associated recreation facilities. GMU provided comprehensive geotechnical services from design through construction for all of the clubs. Because of the highly expansive and corrosive soil conditions at Ladera Ranch, special details and construction specifications had to be developed, including unique flatwork, concrete mix designs and pool-decking connection details. |
