Irvine Spectrum

GMU provided geotechnical analysis and design support for grading and infrastructure improvements of the 265-acre Irvine Spectrum business park. Work included creation of geotechnical recommendations for grading, settlement, MSE walls and bridges over a ten-year period. GMU also helped design numerous streets and bridges, 66 commercial “super pads,” and extensive improvements to San Diego and Serrano creeks, including culverts, wildlife crossings and deep utility installation.
