GMU has provided geotechnical support for many apartment sites and hotels, including sites for Western National Group, the Irvine Apartment Communities and the Hotel del Coronado.
Corona North Main
GMU was retained by Watermark Properties to provide geotechnical services during design, grading, and on-site construction for Phase I of the Corona North Main project. The project is part of the Corona Redevelopment Project 830 and consists of apartment buildings, retail and commercial buildings, parking areas, and various utility and street improvements. In addition to geotechnical services, GMU also provided special inspection and materials testing services during construction of the project. |
