GMU regularly provides design and construction support for custom home sites. We often work directly for the lot owner; other times we’re a consultant to the architect or general contractor. GMU has conducted geotechnical studies for the construction of custom homes in the following communities:

Emerald Bay, Laguna Beach
Irvine Cove, Laguna Beach
Shady Canyon, Irvine
Sites have ranged in size from half-acre to 12 acres, with projects including multi-level basements, subterranean parking, guest houses, swimming pools, retaining walls and elaborate flatwork. |
