Commercial and High-Rise Projects

GMU has provided geotechnical services in the development of many prominent commercial and high-rise facilities, including the Irvine Spectrum Center, University Research Park in Irvine, and 20-40 Pacifica in the Irvine Spectrum business park. We’ve also worked on numerous office campuses, large retail centers, parking structures and auto dealerships across Southern California.

Capital Group Corporate Campus, Irvine

Client: The Capital Group

GMU prepared a master geotechnical investigation report for the corporate campus of the Capital Group, one of the nation’s most respected wealth managers, including recommendations for rough and precise grading and building and pavement development. GMU helped design grading and infrastructure improvements for the 35-acre, 52,000-square foot facility, which is comprised of six three-story slab-on-grade commercial buildings, three four-level parking structures and associated driveways, parking areas and hardscapes.
